About The Founder

Hi!

My name is Stefanie and Pukka is my version of retail heaven.

I first came to understand the power of natural oils and extracts when, as someone with problem skin, I was trying everything on the shelves, with little results. Finally I came across some products made primarily from natural ingredients, and relief came at last. But then, there was the makeup. Even though I was using natural skin care products, my skin was still problematic until I started using 100% natural mineral makeup instead of chemical-based brands.

I started reading about Organic Certification of both food and beauty products, and all the horrible chemical ingredients in 'conventional' skin care. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I was also frustrated that I couldn't find a wide range of organic beauty products.... anywhere.

I knew if I was to open my own business it had to be part of a sustainable, environmentally-friendly industry.

And so, I bring you a selection of the best Australian made organic beauty products available.

Pukka is currently a small business, but growing. If you have any suggestions or comments, I'd love to hear them.
