This Gift Certificate is valid for 12 months.

You will receive a link to a printable PDF file with your order confirmation email.

It contains a Pin number that is used to redeem the Gift Certificate. You can pass the PDF file on to the gift recipient, or print it out for them.

The Pin number is also found in your order confirmation email, and accessible in your order records by logging in to your Members area.

Please Note: Gift Certificates can only be purchased using a credit card. Other methods of payment (Bank Deposit / Cheque, etc) cannot be used.

How to Redeem a Gift Certificate

Please ensure you are entering your Pin number in the Gift Certificate field (not the Discount Coupon field) and that you enter all digits as shown on the Gift Certificate. There is also a field where you must enter a randomly generated code (this is to ensure you are not a robot but an actual person with a real Gift Certificate).

When a Gift Certificate is applied correctly, the page will reload and the total amount due will be adjusted. If this does not occur, and you want to use the Gift Certificate for the order, do not proceed. Whatever the total charges stated in the checkout is the charges you agree to pay. If the charges stated are incorrect, Contact Us first, so that we can ensure your transaction is processed correctly.

More than one Gift Certificate can be redeemed at a time.
